A brilliant way to offer more than a canapé but not quite a sit down meal. Guests can choose from a selection of hot delicious foods served as the name suggests in bowls. Great for drink parties or where room is a little restricted. Guests are free to try everything or just lots of one dish.
Popular dishes are Thai green curry, venison and cranberry stew with dauphinoise potatoes, Spanish chicken or lamb tagging with jewelled couscous. Lots of scrummy things you can eat with a spoon whilst still managing a wine glass! Finish up with something from our pudding menu or sweet canapés.
