Who We Are |
Becky Cook has worked in the food and catering industry for last 24 years and loves creating fabulous menus for each client to ensure they fit with their tastes and budget. Individuality is really important to Becky, particularly with regards to weddings. She feels strongly that they should reflect the likes and loves of the couple and be as unique as they are. Every function is a collaboration to create a one off event.
Becky and Jeremy married in 2013 and Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge to the business from a career in the hotel and wine industries which saw him work all over the world. A shared love of good food and good drink brought them together and now drives the business! 'Food is our passion, growing it, reading about it, preparing it, serving and eating it, so we are very lucky our greatest love is also our job! |
Our History |
The Garden Chef began 10 years ago in a converted log cabin in the garden - hence the name! After many years working with food in catering companies and restaurants and developing a huge love of feeding people wonderful food, Becky Cook wanted to work from home around her young children. The business quickly grew and 6 years ago moved to bigger, better kitchens attached to the gorgeous Patricks Barn which has become a truly quirky rustic wedding and function venue.
